Here at A La Carte we want you to feel like family and customer service is our number one priority. We offer on-site installation for every business. We will come to you and set up all necessary components, as well as train staff on just what to do when an order comes through. After that, let the orders roll in! Don’t think we disappear though, we are always on call for technical support or any other questions you may have.
We do not charge any commissions per order. We have a standard set up fee and a monthly fee to fit your restaurant’s budget. No surprise fees so you can plan your budget accordingly.
Once your initial menu is set up, changes can be made at any time. Menus can be updated with daily, weekly, or monthly specials along with price changes. You will have complete access to make any updates to the menu as well.
Customers can choose to either pick up their order or have it delivered to designated zip codes set by the restaurant owner. We typically recommend allowing 45 minutes per order but can be customized to owner’s needs.
Coupon codes can be generated for certain promotions and run for as long as you would like. The possibilities are endless!
Our system captures your customers information such as their name, address, email and phone number. This list will come in handy when completing your marketing campaigns.
Your business hours will coincide with the online food menu. When your business shuts down at the end of the night so does the ordering feature on your website.
We know there are certain times of the day where the phones don’t stop ringing and the restaurant is packed. Our system comes equipped with a shut off switch for those busy times when you just cannot seem to get ahead. It also works well in emergency situations in case you cannot open.

Online orders will have their own cloud based, wireless printer where orders will be received. The printer can easily be placed anywhere in the restaurant and an A La Carte team member will come and install it to ensure it is working properly.
You will receive your own branded App that will be downloadable on Android and iPhone.
Customers can save their favorite orders for the future so reordering is a breeze.
